Real-time 2D SLAM mapping with ROS2 Jazzy and SLAM Toolbox, goal-based navigation via Nav2, live map visualization in RViz, and MQTT cloud connectivity for remote monitoring. NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano Edge AI Platform
GPU-accelerated edge AI inference node using Jetson Orin Nano. Runs YOLOv8 via TensorRT at real-time speeds, multi-camera processing pipeline, on-device LLM inference (7B+ parameters), and ROS2 integration for robotics. Acts as the heavy AI compute node in distributed edge systems alongside Raspberry Pi sensor nodes.
